Alone, Not Lonely.

Contributed by CommasCanSeperate on Thursday, 20th October 2011 @ 08:12:22 AM in AEST
Topic: abstract

I am so alone
Don’t misapprehend
For I am not lonely
I don’t want to be your friend.
I sit in my coldness
I can smile at myself
The aloneness has grown on me
I don’t need anyone else.
I am free alone
Not held down by others
I can do whatever I wish
I don’t wish to be smothered.
I can be myself
Without any fears
So don’t worry about it
I really don’t want you here.
There are no boundaries
In my lone mind
I am only me
I can’t be one of your kind.
I am myself, one of ‘a’ kind
By chance you may like me
I don’t want to be your friend
Please accept my apology.

That must hurt so much. I know how you feel I was there at one time in my life
God bless

Greetings

I feel the exact same way most of time.
I love people, though. But when I get depressed, I tell everyone this.

Perfectly expressed! ^.^

John Donne (1572-1631) wrote,
No man is an island unto himself.

Hemingway wrote "No man is an island, entire of itself,
every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main,"
"any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls, for it tolls for thee.

If we are privileged to live long enough, every man will
at some point be forced to rely on others, even if it is
only an undertaker! (My words)
Blessings,
Robert Edgar Burns
