Just A Thought

What are you going to do with me now?
As I’m bounced around here like a flea on a cow.
Will you use me, abuse me, or just leave me here?
Wake up out there dear, I’m speaking d’you hear?
It’s not easy for me a metaphysical thing
I can’t really call you or give you a ring
But I’m useful, neglected, really could do you well
So I keep persevering and ringing my bell
But you keep moping on, you plod and you plod
For God’s sake just concentrate, use me you sod!
I really could cheer you up, really right away
I’m not going anywhere, I’ll sit down and stay
Right here in your head till you stop your abuse,
Your neglect of this thought which could be of use.
