The Skin I am With In:

The skin I am with in is a very special kind
It carries my character and it is all mine

My skin shows all that I am about
It can make me cry
It can make me shout

The skin I am with in keeps me humble
even if I fail,even if I fumble

My skin with in helps to keep me strong
What I am and where I belong

Sometimes problems come to me and I do not know what to do
The skin I am with in helps me to look deep and you know what?
Some how ha ha I get through

When I look inside myself and feel I am going to fail
I just think of so many who left so many strong stories of themselves to tell

Rosa Parks, Harriet Tubman, just to name a few
The strong voice of men such as George Washingtom Carver, and others who lifes lessons were left for me and for you

Our skin with in gives abilities, determinations and perseverance that helps us rise when we fall
Our skin with in helps us to stand straight and tall

So never be ashamed of whom you are outside you see
Because the outside helps the skin with in to be.
