Silly Little Sheep.

Contributed by CommasCanSeperate on Wednesday, 12th October 2011 @ 02:33:18 PM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

Hey little sheep, little sheep that follows
Why do you look so alone
Did they all lead you astray
You trusted them, now they are gone.

Oh little sheep don’t cry, there, there
Your old enough to make your own decision’s
And as you potter along life
You’ll soon pick up more wisdom.

Aw little sheep, poor little lamb
Not as grown up as you first thought
Not better than the other little lambs
And now you are only caught.

Trapped little sheep, silly trapped little sheep
You always reckoned that grass was more green
Now while I lay here in the sunlit pasture
Your stuck in between.

Dear little sheep, stop struggling
You’ll only make things worse
Maybe someone will come along to help you
Or nature shall take her course.

Little sheep, little sheep, all caught up in wire
You should really have stuck here and played safe
But you always reckoned the grass was more green
And now your just stuck in the fence.

Just a critique of an otherwise very
cute poem: Pay a bit more attention
to your use of the words your and you're!
Otherwise, I'd give this a definite "A".
Blessings,
