Oh how time speeds by
So fast as matter of fact, our moments aren't realized until they are gone
A memory is life's reminder of what we had
Of what we have lost
Gone is the childish inocence
Gone is a life of comfort
Before the heart ache
Before the broken dreams
Before the burden of the future was a thought
Life was as clear as could be
Before choices fogged our perspective
And responsiblity was a stranger
The beauty of a day was never ending
And the world was a just and fair place
Oh how I miss those days..
