Was it the look in your eyes that stopped me still in my tracks? Maybe the way you moved your body rhythmically that could make me crack. Have you ever seen my smile when ppl said your name? How about when ppl say mine is your smile the same? Ever felt my heart when it was crying out to you? Or ever cried a little when your heart was missing me too. Your soul provided the chorus to our soundtrack of love. We both took a verse to the greatest song ever written, second to none. Our voices produced a melody so gut wrenching ppl lose their breath. This song turned into a story with every word and feeling kept. One day the pages were left empty as if the duet had split up. I tried to make harmony all by myself but one person isn't enough. Replacing you would be the worst, giving up more to make less. And to realize you can't squeeze a penny out of a dollar is worth all the stress. No drug prescribed or illegal can cure this overbearing loneliness of power. Confidence comes natural but not when i hide behind my conscious like a coward. Which do you learn more from your best loss or worst win? Thats her asking me if she wants to date when were best friends. Toughest part is dealing with ppl who act tough that won't understand. Just because you act so macho and i can cry doesn't make me less of a man. Bring me back the truth when ppl say i can't handle it. If its not gonna work stop writing the book and press print! The more i get into the book the longer it takes me to put it down. Making every impulsing input of feeling you still have is what keeps me around.....when you go pulse for pulse in unison with your mate. What about that person makes their last soft gentle touch feel so great?
