When The Hurricane Comes To Town

An eerie Silence passes through the town like an uninvited guest,
As the storm clouds move from east to west,
The angry clouds chase the people like a roaring lion chases its prey,
Some run for the sun, some run to church asking God to keep the storm away,
The roar of the storm is just too loud, God cannot hear the small town's cries,
As the innocent families flee from their homes, flee from the skies,
The roads are too conjested, the eye of the storm holds the family's fate,
The young family huddle under the table and for the best they nervously wait,
The hurricane destorys everything in its sight in a chaotic dance,
When the hurricane comes to town nobody stands a chance.
