time flys and so do i as im getting hugh on a sunset
rays reached out and they lit me right.
wind picked up and i set the sail.
took me far to a foreign place
father time has the same face
ride the hands like a sunset
time flys buy as im getting high

on the moon and its full tonight.
see the smoke. see my flag.
i wave it proudly through my lips
as the truth reveals my nightmare.
only told on solid ground
i land among the ocean.
swim to safety just in time
for the sunset to see me right.

i dont regret the beauty in the pain of everyday.
i dont feel the loss of something thats never seen again.
feed me from the future let me chase the wind.
let it always blow for when it stops ill be alone.
