You had a chance to love me.
I stood there in the room.
Palm out
Heart in it
Extending it out to you.
Asking you to take it.
Catch it.
Be mine.
And yet you turned me down.
You turned me down for a girl who you had not even met.
A cyber figure that you could pour endless emotion into with out risking being hurt.
A love at a distance- your favorite thing to do.
I stood there.
Tried to give it to you.
Reason with you.
Show you my little heart.
Forgive you.
Let you know that no matter what I was the one for you.
And still- you turned me down.
You broke my heart.
Stabbed it instead of cradling it.
Helped me to lose my way.
After that day.
In that room.
With that conversation.
I was never the same.
For a year I was broken.
Hurt.
Confused.
And even though I didn't realize it then- I realize it now.
I loved you.
It was a deep love.
One that I don't think I had ever experienced yet in my life.
You were my safety.
The place that I could honestly hide in.
And when I took all my trust and put it into your hands.
You crushed me.
I went though sadness.
Anger.
Despair.
And now i am in retrospect.
Wondering what "could have" been.
But then I remember:
After you broke my heart.
I cried and did my best to get over you.
And then you came and told me that you had feelings for me.
As if it- as if I was a game.
So while I loved you.
When i think about you now- in entirety.
I have one thing to say:
**** YOU.

My oh my! I must agree that is a terrible situation; one I have been through myself. Although I did feel like telling the boy to jump off a cliff, I realized God was bringing me out of a situation that would make me want to jump off the cliff. Take care and may Jesus bring you comfort,
