Sitting alone under the tree
Looking at the vast emptiness
laid before me
Savoring the Nature's music
in my ears
Tasting the sweetness
the wind bears
Peacefulness overcome by
woes and fears
Fears that beauty ought
to fade
Peace and troubles I tried
to braid
The uneasiness comes to its peak
But the solutions I fail to seek
In this emptiness there's no one to speak
Then out of nowhere a
man materialized
Clad in white clothes
and black hood------------
A complete stranger ; I realized
Then he came forth and I
stood with wonder
An organ pumps traitorously
faster
A slash of silver.
A slit throat.
Pierced Heart.
Dripping scarlet.
Lying on my back
As I feel the soft grass
Hearing the nature sing;
What a music it was!
Peace finally envelops
my whole being.
Woes and fears are cast
Away with what I'm feeling
My gratefulness for the man is burgeoning...
Cool air on my face
My heart quickening its pace
As I took my last breath
Peace at last
I found in Death.

An assassin in white clothes?
He'd look more than a bit conspicuous after the event with all that claret knocking about, and, I suppose He'd need really, really good washing powder.
If you're talking metaphorically about a good man doing a bad deed for an acceptable reason (euthanasia) then I suppose I get the white with a black hood. Otherwise. Don't get it.

I truly was immersed in this write it was brilliant in that the landscape was so vivid, the story developed in living color that's what's so beautiful about poetry no two minds convey exactly alike you have a real gift, embrace it you need not explain outside your poetry what you mean; for those who truly appreciate and respect this art form, in their souls, get your drift without having to over analyze what is

SO, Is suicide a complete stranger? I guess not, otherwise there would not be a response. Unless his aim was bad. |
