U broke my heart
And yes it hurts..
But m holding a smile
And no grudges returned..
You must be wondering,
Why I'm happy,
When I should be sad,
Now I've an answer & I'm glad..
I can feel happiness
I can feel heartache too,
Which I wouldn't have,
If it wouldn't have been you..
Its now that I've realized
That I'm still alive..
I can fall in love,
And Cherish this beautiful life..
Thanks to you for breaking my heart
Giving me this emptiness and ache,
I've become stronger
And I know what it takes..
U broke my heart
And yes it hurts..
But m holding a smile
And no grudges returned..

I can't put into words how much your poem touched me. I've been and almost going through the same thing. Your a bigger person for not retaliating and a more respected person for it. You will be thankful in the future for this, you'll have your bad days and your brilliantly strong days but all and all, you'll be just fine.
I really like the way your poem is written, it's my ideal poem at the moment.

This poem was, by far, the most life changing piece of art I've ever read. The very thought of it was incredible, and I LOVED it!!!!!!!
