Here stands my love for you, tempered by time.
Hardened, unbreakable. It’s lost some shine.
But my love for you is all that I have
and all I wish is that it makes you feel glad.
For fairy tales may be the greatest of things.
Stories of love of princesses and kings.
Whilst our true love kiss has been lost in the haze,
remember, I’ll love you for all of my days.
