private gravity

till we orbit
a wildcard
metaphors
gone feral
like a drowing
continent
distorted
by the lens
of
discontent
memories
tasting time
and spitting
past scattered
pieces of folly
left to float
in
empty
minutes.

This write certainly speaks of a well nourished mind, the melding of words, ideas with force something un-tangible was put into this passage, which stirred me, a slap across the mouth(a wake up call) simply deep!

a poem that comes pretty darn close to being an elegy; pure unadulterated ming-ness, but sad-ness overwhelming. i know memories and empty minutes. the emptiness sucks. --flinthunter |
