ULTIMATE STAR

Contributed by wazarov on Tuesday, 29th April 2003 @ 07:05:00 AM in AEST
Topic: dedicatedpoems

In my thorny clothes
I was sinking while thinking
of how my world was shrinking.
In the open sky, I saw the last star
only one tiny star
I can still hear it cry.
The last beautiful star
barely shines through the haze
the thick darkness of the night
couldn’t win this fight
against one little star
completely lost in the wonderful light.
Stars are here to make things work right.
She saw me.. once again
on the shoulder of a mountain
noise and tears make a beautiful couple.
Now the star is gone
in the night of my first born..

He who haven’t a star before
will fall blind in the shore
and who saw it will for more..
