Are all poets such as I?
...Writing as life passes by,
….Sometimes wondering why?
They seldom seem part.
Is it foolish to be separate, apart?
...Enslaved by dreaming, wistful heart,
….Perpetually driven to impart,
A vision perhaps only I see.
Do they espy, same as me,
...A greater vision, reality,
….Trusting their words might be
A beacon in another's night.
A beacon that says all's right,
...When comes morning light,
….And darkness takes flight,
‘ere a brand new day.
No matter, here I am today!
...Heeding my heart all the way,
….Believing my poetry just may,
Make another's world a better place.

| Are all poets such as I, what a great concept to ponder and you have done so eloquently, comprehensibly, in a way many I am sure can relate to,I being one of them. When there is understanding in writing such that a connection is tangible, then there is a freeing of the soul. |

Well my dear poet tis true that most poets write as "time passes by" as an outlet to their emotions. Truthfully it seems that poet and writers write and pour their heart into literature so that others may relate and realize they are not alone with their ideas and ways of thinking. You have penned your ideas ad emotions perfectly in this write and I thank you for sharing,
