Getting Gradually Drawn

Getting gradually drawn to the edge,
The chasm hyper-activates its fatal down-slope,
A farewell-bird mimics the potential gloom.

Nothing remains in the far corner,
Toes dangle in parodic imitation,
The crack becomes impending.

Getting gradually drawn to the edge.
Gradually,
To the edge.
