It's hard to hold myself together
My fake smile tricks the fools
And all along the way the drinks put me to shame
The weakness of my heart
Longing for an easy release from the pain
And I lie again to myself
Lingering Love lasting anger
I cannot hold on longer for yolk times
Gingerly hiding the lumps the cuts and the bruises
I sway toward my left and fall
And all I want is you slc
Your smile would take this away
Waivering that lost unreal thought
And the joy is gone
When can I smile again, laugh again, live again

I know it's hard but you have to reach way down deep into your own inner self and that's where your peace is found.
I think I use to be one of the most miserable persons on this planet or at least that's what I felt. I had people all around me but no inner peace. I took it one step at a time of course God met me right where I was in my own misery.
All he wanted was my trust and once I forgave myself. Then I actually stared finding peace. God is luv, nothing more and nothing less.
Oh I still get sad at times but I know I'll be alright in time.
Really good writing. Be proud of your work.
Big huggs, luv, blessings,
emy |
