Wanting to say I love you, but
Somehow my lips are inadequate

You have me staring everywhere
Looking for a sign of your presence, but
Somehow it seems you are nowhere

You have me dreaming of your face
Thinking about spending time with you, but
Somehow these dreams turn to nightmares

You have me…
