Revenge Crescendo

Contributed by unknown_utopia on Sunday, 1st May 2011 @ 11:50:19 PM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

In the name of religion
using terror and lies
hating all Americans
inciting your people to riot,
on Sept 11th
your minions hijacked planes
leaving us with the burning a image
of lost innocent lives and pain,
then you ranted and celebrated
in home made videos
mocking us
and calling us the great Satan.
Time started to slip by
you were thinking you were safe
in that compound
built for you to hide,
you continued to incite others
to kill innocent people without hesitation
thinking the red white and blue
would be distracted by other situations,
But we were waiting
waiting for the moment
and then
we got the information,
deep in Pakistan
we came where you played
and our speacil forces
got you
in a helluva raid,
and as you lay dying
with your life slowly fading
I wonder
can you hear us celebrating.

Well written. We in the UK are also joyous at this man's demise. Very well expressed, I like your style.

i love this poetic work and i feel the pain of the lost of that day and i feel the joy of found justice in this piece, but i only wish they caught him sooner than now because he must have foreseen that sooner or later they are going to catch up with him, he might have trained people to continue his evil mission. they whole world now needs to beef up security. great passion in this write i love it.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
