like silver threads
through curtains peek,
the moonbeams
lay across your cheek,
and downy pillows sigh aloud
to hold you like a floating cloud
...to yawn
the heavens twinkle
in delight,
now that they have the night
to sprinkle stardust in your eyes,
body too heavy to arise
...to stretch
the lights are dimmed,
the curtains drawn
to stay that way until the dawn;
and all the world
enjoys a peace
that only comes with sweet release
...to sleep

Hi Spike,
This could deservedly grace the scrolls of the
