You are so special,
as a daughter and a friend.
You continue to show this,
over and over again.

Your sense of loyalty,
your ability to care
so deeply are qualities,
not all of us share.

You are brave and courageous,
accepting the place
life has taken you to,
with the utmost of grace.

You do what needs doing,
and then you move on
to experience the next
joy or challenge that comes along.

And all this is done
so very selflessly.
There are no any strings attached
to your generosity.

It is for these reasons
that I feel so blessed
to have you in my life;
simply put, you are the best.

It is always amazing to see true love in action.
