The earth quaked and everything rumbled
Homes, farms and everything crumbled
Trapping lives, love and joy in the rubbles
Spilling tears, pain, hunger and sorrow.
Do not despair, dust up and look forward for the morrow
Where the darkness of this tunnel is no more.
Life may press you so hard, you can barely breathe
It will seem the light in you is being squeezed
And the tender flowers you hold dear, trampled upon.
Do not despair, you are not alone
Look, with your mind, at the light ahead
Where the darkness of this tunnel ends.
Just before dawn is the darkest part of night
And only those that hold on tell of this time.
Japan, stay strong it soon, again, shall be bright
And the laughter, smiles and joy shall efface this plight.

Your writing is very touching. It shows much wisdom and tenderness, also pain.
Great writing.
Blessings,
