I Won't Forget

And I found her in a locked door in a locked dream
I fought and I fell to my knees in cold November dirt
Drank the warm tears from my eyes and rose up
My blue eyes piercing the sunlight I reach out and rose to my feet
The shadow of my self-image shadowed the land I had created
I tipped the spear, I called out your name, I pierced your heart
Unlocked your door, told you sleeping lessons and we retired ourselves into the moonlight
