From underneath my covers I peek.
The thunder dies and the lighting cease.
I've found security in you.
How I've awaited this day.
For the one who'd chase the storms away.
My sky steadily returns to blue.
Now, I see the silver lining in every cloud.
No longer fear the wind, regardless of it's howl.
You give me strength to face it all.
The sun shines brighter through the course of my day.
No matter the weather, my skies are never grey.
Rose petal raindrops now fall.
