VOID IN MY LIFE

I don't think that I can function without you.
You give me the strength to do the things I do.
I know having you in my life is wrong,
but my will power of letting go isn't that strong.
I can't and don't want to let you go,
but you in my life has gotten me so low.
Low at my cash, low at my weight,
at times though you make my life feel great.
You make me feel high,
other times you make me cry.
You make me feel good inside,
other times you make me want to run and hide.
You drive me crazy but at the same time keep me sane,
I know I must break free from all your pain.
Maybe you are filling some kind of void,
but eventually my life you will have destroyed.

It takes time to break away
from a routine
and when you do you will see
what it is you truly needed from that relationship.
