I'm writing you to tell you I’d never leave you
What am I saying, I'm not even with you
But I guess I know the same old thing
The same old pain… but here it goes

Have no fear
I’ll be near,
Ill always love you
Keep your smile
It’ll be a while
But I’ll miss you

I'm writing to tell you, I'm sorry
What am I saying, I never did anything wrong….
But I guess time tells looking for wishing wells
Asking to be with you, I just wanna be with you....

Its been a year,
And I still care
I’ll be here
Waiting
I know its true
My feelings for you
Its crazy…

I'm writing to tell you, goodbye
What am I saying, I never left
Shut down the factory, its time to close up shop, the final mop…
I’ll miss you… Shirin,

Have no fear
I’ll be near,
Ill always love you
Keep your smile
It’ll be a while
But I’ll miss you

I'm writing to tell you… I need you…
But I know I must press on,
for it would be wrong
So ill finish the song

Its been a year,
And I still care
I’ll be here
Waiting
