You are everything and only one: mine.
Your eyes are sublime, but you're just simple.
Your face is beautiful, but you're plain as day.
You're complex, but understandable.
You're just like paper: you are complete and not.
I am to write beautiful words with my pencil in order to complete you, but you are always paper.
Sometimes, you don't need me to write on you.
Sometimes, it's not necessary.
Sometimes, you're just better without me.
But I fear one day you will get someone else to write beautiful words, words more creative and beautiful than mine.
For now, I'll keep writing those heart-shaped, lovey-dovey words on your surface with my shortening pencil.
One day, that may come true, but just know you're my paper and I love you.
