Time ticks
For all we know
It means nothing
But to many
All that sails is time
For no man or woman
Can prevent oneself
From the consuming ways of it
No longer it stays hidden, around the darkened corners
It seeks the righteous, and reveals the lazy
Yet it always understands
Whom to tease upon
For they know nothing about it.
