you are everywhere
why must you be everywhere?
i cannot escape for a moment from you.
your face, your eyes, are everywhere. your scent is everywhere.
even alone in a room your touch is hot upon my skin.
i retreat into the confines of my mind only to find you standing there with that grin.
that grin. and those sparkling eyes
bringing the purest joy and the deepest pain at the same time.
It is electrifying and yet,
I often wish that I were free
I sicken myself
with this unshakable love for you
I sicken myself
with how much I long for you
I wake up disgusted when I dream of you and your love for me
and I sicken myself with my memories of you and your love for me
I so often wish that I were free
But you are everywhere.

| Can feel the struggle in this,the frustration and the longing to be free from feeling so strongly and from being trapped......I often wish that I were free..... then the inevitable declaration of helplessness..... but you are everywhere! Strong write,great communication. |
