To my beautiful flower, may your autumn never arrive.
May it always be spring, so you'll always survive.
May you grow wild and free, among the grass and the trees.
Your the most beautiful rose, so you attract all the bees.
I hope you get a smile from every passerby you meet.
No Shakespeare! A rose by any other name wouldn't smell as sweet.
So welcoming, but be for warned.
Handle you with care or they'll catch a thorn.
Your the most beautiful of all the flowers.
I could set in the garden and smell your aroma for hours.
And just let the sight of you be my only amenity,
because being in this garden with you is sweet serenity.

| Awww...too, too sweet & obviously heartfelt...& yet...I feel compelled to have my boy Willys back on this one...If you take it logically, you have to admit the ol' boy was right...a rose by any other name would smell as sweet...wait, did I just ask a poet to equate love w/ logic...my bad :-) |
