The Eye of My Storm

butterflies floated by me once...i remember what HE looked like

Adonai Elohim, Allah Jehovah...call HIM what you feel like

HE stood twice the size of me...capitalized for that reason i guess

i dont know if it was the scent of HIM...but i felt HIM floating within my chest

i felt HIM speak a softness roar... passionately hum a tear filled song

He never had to say HE loved me...all HE asked was what was wrong

i let my prayers explain my story...one im sure HE forever knew

how my weight wont let me fly...how my skies always cover me blue

HE fluttered whispers to effect my storm...so calm my eyes became

reminisce of life as it was supposed to be...than try to live that way

as i breathed in joy i closed my eyes...let my world rain out its sorrow

now that the weather is tender to rest...im sure YOU will see me tomorrow
