Just another day in this horrible place
Filled with illness, disease and hate
Suffering is the only thing that is real
Open your ears it's time to hear the deal
Take another pill - Maybe someday you will heal
Just another thrill - Maybe someday you may feel
Like way back then - The way you should
When you came out from your mother's womb
Time goes by - Now it's time to die
Take your last breath - In the face of death
Ultimate salvation from infection
Revelation and rejection
Allmighty God loves you by selection
The righteous resurrection
Take your last breath - In the face of death
Now we can pronounce that you are dead

Very dark and pessimistic, love the rhyming style and like the anguish this whole poem portrays.
Also like the way you've got the point across how crappy your(?) life is by saying the only times it's any good are when newborn and about to die.
Interesting read.
