Topic: anguished



I watch my soul as it is being taken from my body.
I feel a stab as it is tossed among a mountain of those who are broken hearted, mourning, and regretful.
I misplace all faith that my pain will lose it's intensity and I will be happy again.
My soul is captured and a light is shone on my future path,
Revealing miles of darkness ahead.
I begin to wonder if my life is more beneficial than not,
As my feet cautiously move forward into black abyss.
My motivation is becoming nonexistent.
