Those.. Blank Days.

Contributed by CommasCanSeperate on Saturday, 19th March 2011 @ 03:32:02 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

Ever had one of those moods
When you don’t know what is wrong
The hours, second moving so slow
And the day is just too long.
People are concerned
They ask whats up with you
But how can you explain
If you don’t have a clue.
You don’t want to be left alone
You don’t want be in company
One minute you one that person
Then two minutes later the next somebody.
You wish for some emotion
a tear droplet or a smile
You wish to think of beautiful things
or things that are plain vile.
But all you can think about is this mood
And the uncertain reason why
Do you really want to live
Or are you hoping to die?
Smiling is so fake these days
And tears are just the same
A blank dull canvas is all you are
Boring, worn and plain.
A smoky fire just been put out
A river who’s bed does show
A dried out worn tatty bear
A rainbow that doesn’t glow.
Oh why do these days exist
Why can’t I just be real
so I’ll end this poem on an uncertain note
Of how I certainly feel.
