Oh, dignity!! How far do you seem away from me ?! ..
I pray you spare me a look, for I praise your beauty ..
I'm sorry I gave you away, I never knew how much you meant to me ..
I never knew I'd end up in such misery ..
Oh, happiness !! why are you so cold? ..
Though I've wasted my life in your pursuit, now that I'm old ..
In my Book of Life, there's always another tragedy to be told ..
I'm always just another picture to burn ..
Kill me here on this ground I stand ..
I found this life empty, though I gave it all I had at hand ..
In a distant time, I shall meet what ever I'm destined to ..
And if I could live a moment of glory, I'd trade my whole life into ..
I'd split me in halves, split my heart in two ..
Give you both and die alone, just as you taught me to ..
You've always had my heart , and then you'll forever do ..
