You bring out the best, you bring out the worst.
the latter only shows when I need you most.
Passion feeds on me like a starving vulture
but still I welcome this empowering torture.
Steeper and steeper becomes this heap.
The passion shows no mercy it drags me by my feet.
Releasing me now will only lead to failure.
Fuel me heartily, I feel it now for sure.
I can see now in the not so distant plain.
You never left me, you always quelled my pain.
