Thru many nights of
intoxication,and unprotected relation
I became addicted to drugs,money,and sex
drowning in self gratification
Soon to have found myself seeking rehabilitaion
Tired of using,and abusing it became confusing
losing my mind, choosing my time
unproductivly this lifestyle abducted me
I became my own advocate,and the publics enemy
casted away by society posined by my community
I've grown impatient,feel my frustration
A pen, and a pad has become my replacement
To take away all the pain,shame,anger,and sorrow
there is no tomorrow
My heart is hollow,and thats what I follow
Within my eyes, tells a story on how my life should end
My viens are filled to capacity with adrenaline
My future is a dark tunnel thats hard to see thru
Images,and illisions surpasses my vision because of
my dialated pupils

Damnnn!! This is the bonb!! i know all to well what your saying with this piece i'm only 4 months into recovery and I still cant see thru any of the tunnels i come too...sometimes the friggin tunnels just go on and on for weeks at a time!!!! It takes courage and confidence in yourself and what you write 2 share one like this!!!Please feel free 2 take a look at some of my pieces here, I think you'll see we have alot in common as far as our styles and what were going thru!!
