Oppression

Contributed by xHeathenx on Sunday, 6th March 2011 @ 03:48:34 AM in AEST
Topic: oops

Neurological thought processes
Originating from the hardwired
Mainframe which I've come to
Falsely misconceived as myself,
or rather as my brain,
Which is in itself
An imperfect biological construct
Dictating what it is that I want,
Need, and crave even though in
the end, it's all irrelevant.

You however I assume with validation
are a darkened moral construct abomination.
Hellbent on an ideological foundation,
Intent on destroying the foundation
of truth, righteousness, and justice.
For you the idea isn't just a want,
but it's also a must.
You're standard motto is:"In god we trust".(Wink.)

Everyday I fight the innermost temptations
The bottled-up rage that your practice induces
thanks to your greed-motivated decisions
and policies, with the intention to bring you down.
I'd construct made of sticks, elastic and truth,
and propel a boulder the size of a heart,
With the word "Justice" carved into the side,.
The impact would shatter you into millions
of grain-sized dark shards, reflecting of what you are
A collage of evil wishes and actions.
You'd be Humpty-Dumpty,
and everything would be Hunky-Dory.

Crud. It was supposed to say in the last stanza
"I'd construct a sling made of sticks, elastic, and truth".
Hard to read and type at the same time lol.

Very well written diatribe about fallen mankind. Fits somewhat with a remark of the apostile Paul, only in his case, he condemns only himself: " That I would; I do not, and that I would not; do I. Oh, retched man that I am". Don't forget the beam while exposing the mote; and you didn't. Contemplative.

This is an incredibly deep, mature, write. Thank you for sharing. I appreciate you comment on one of my writes. It forces me to adjust a bit- and I like that.
Best,
Fox
