ignorance

Topic: AngryPoetry

oh, how we grieve
for Adam and Steve
bible bashers
grind their gnashers
feeling hatred
most frustrated
at hand in hand
don't understand
man loves woman
woman loves man
love? there ought to be a ban
on man on man
babies should be scanned
perhaps if paid a hundred grand
they'd grab a lovely woman's hand?

ridiculous and ignorant degrading notion
pain, love, hate are not purely heterosexual emotions
i love a woman but I understand
you can't force another to hold a dainty hand
let's turn the argument around
would you like your sister to marry a man
that would rather be with a bloke called Stan?
or would you rather cause a death
than let free thought draw any breath?

for without Gay's and different ways
we would all be social slaves
for you would turn on other freedom's
with disgust and your believings
before you know it we'd be there
all would submit to be square
I for one am not going to fit in a box
until the final day my toes curl up in my socks
