No solace.

anguished
|
Stumbling, fumbling through,
Enlightened state,
Grasping at nothing,
It's all at stake,
Token, spoken words,
Blurt and rebound,
Soul hardens,
Reply to their sound,
Wonder, ponder thoughts,
Spurn and allow,
Foul portents,
Gracious and loud,
Willful, skillful and proud,
Clear and honest,
Scowl and grimace,
No solace is found.

Blurt and rebound soul hardens.......you feel like you want to bring all the words under control and bring meaning that will soothe and quieten the water until there is peace and a melting of the soul.Amongst the anguish there is harsh reality as expressed by the way you have written this as almost only when a breath is taken there is the clarity but not the picture that will bring peace that a troubled mind needs to find.Great use of words and expression can feel the anguish and as a person I want to answer it. |
