Dig that beat! Real crazy cat, real cool!
Just lying in my pad
Unshaven, wearing sandals, not a care in the world
Collecting my welfare check
Turned on, dropped out.
It’s all Squaresville, man.
The café is hopping, cool chicks, hip guys, too
Like man, it’s where it’s all at.
The espresso, poetry, poets are all here.
Like, can you dig this crazy scene?
Cool is cool and hip is hip
Playing my bongos, smoking my reefer, man.
Don’t need any establishment to tell me how to live my life.
Just chillin’ out, man.
No fuzz gonna bother me, man.
All of us hip cats stick together, we’re just one crazy,
like far-out,
spaced-out bunch of cool cats.
Don’t dig what you squares live by
Like your moral, established rules
Either you’re are Squaresville, man
Or like one big drop out, man.
