Bittersweet the taste of your love
First comes the sugar and then the slap
I know I want to gorge myself
Whether my teeth rot or not
To finally admit the truth inside my soul
Only to have it ripped once again from my grasp
The sweet sensation of your lips on mine
Before the sting of salt in the wound
Walking into a spiders web
Each strand coating my conscience
Choosing to ignore the chasm that waits to swallow me
Llike a junkie seeking out their fix
The high that you bring fogging up my mind
Making me forget the devastation that you can leave behind!

nobody knows why, but the alternative would be terrible.
Imagine only committing logical acts?
The boredom would be purgatory |
