Every night, when I fall asleep
I become more alive than I could ever believe
For the rush of feelings that hit me
When Im with you in my dreams
Are so intensely beautiful
They become my reality
My actual reality
Ceases to exist
All I can do is wait to dream
For I cannot resist
I know this feeling is real
Even though its in my dreams
For my dreams are more real
Than anything my eyes have ever seen
But then comes the morning
Darker than night could ever be
Because every morning my heart rebreaks
When I realize that youre not here with me
And so begins another day
All I can do is wait til night
When I know I'll be with you in my dreams
Where I know you'll be my light
