Four years have gone by.
In those years, I have barely smiled.
But now, all of a sudden,
A shocking wave...
My body starts responding
I can sense it, an stimuli from outside.
It comes and goes, but leaving traces behind.
It’s hard to sleep, to think, to live.
It’s unbelievable how much you’ve become to me.
Unnatural, infuriating almost to the point of hatred.
Because you are an impossible;
And I’m just a dreamer.
Are we meant to be together?
They say fate is pure coincidence.
Unreal, just randomness.
So, what are we?
Strangers sharing the same classroom?
Because we could be more than that.
You could be more than just a stimuli.
There are still things unsaid, words unspoken; a story to tell.
Maybe one day, I’d be able to tell the story of us.

| nothing is impossible, especially for dreamers. i write alot about giving up on dreaming now..because dreams for me never became reality. but, there isn't a day that goes by that i don't wish i could be a dreamer again, to really beleive in those dreams..to think maybe someday..this is a good poem. and it sounds like you understand what i mean by dreams never becoming reality. i say, don't give up on dreams. really beleive that you guys are meant to be together and try for it. you might be surprised at the outcome. i'm too scared to try anything..so thats part of my problem. |
