saesons changes

Contributed by nikki13 on Thursday, 10th February 2011 @ 09:38:20 PM in AEST
Topic: SadPoetry

I sit here alone in this forest. i can feel
the wind blowing threw my hair as i
quitly listen to the willows weep.

It starts to rain and i can hear the water
fall. i smell the sweetness of spring. the
rain reminds me of the tear drops flowing
down my face.

As the days passes by it starts to hot.
the sweat drips off my body. i knew that
summer has came. the burning on my skin
from the bright sun is for all the pain and
suffering.

The wind is lighter and the trees are
shedding. the leaves covers my body
and now its fall. every leaf is a piece
of my shattered heart that i try to
mend back together.

Suddenly it gets cold, the snow falls
its winter. the snow numbs my pain
hoping for happiness again. knowing
that its not going to come soon.

As the seasons changes the forest
gets old and gloomy. All that is left
now is the sadness and Loneliness
of the decayed forest.

WOW, I really liked that. It spoke on many levels and made me think.
I know your user name is nikki13, but I hope your not 13. It would be too sad to think someone so young could hurt so much already. Nice poem, great job!!!
