Oh love,
So cruel, yet so fragile,
With and without you it's hard,
I long for someone, yet do not know whom.
One night, a beautiful night,
I had a dream,
About a girl, whose face cannot remember,
I fell in love, and felt at peace.
The next day, I felt empty,
As in I was robbed of my very soul,
Did not remember, did not forget,
And still I wait for the one I love.

| mystery adds a certain mystique to love, and there is no greater mystery than a woman in a dream. Love is found by bonding, and through mutual respect and desire. All people are different, and everyone has something else to offer. But I am rambling :P and that was a good poem for your first one. |
