Bloody Valentine!

Red hearts, flowers, chocolates in colours pink and blood red
Spending time in restaurants over candle lit tables
Romping in hotel rooms in lingerie to small or to big
It’s the thought that counts

Yet another bloody valentine!
For I have none of the above
Being single at this time sucks
Grumpy, growling, solitude
Single portion ready meals
Cold side to the bed
Holes appearing in under crackers

Yes February 14th is Valentines Day
Or for me the day I feel the most alone on the planet
Thanks but no thanks
