why can’t I
just forget about you
it’s been over a year
and I still can’t
it would be easier
if I just moved on
but I can’t
I just can’t
and I hate it
I regret every minute I spend
on you
I just want to be free
to leave this body
and float away
to a place
where nothing matters
I don’t want to think
not anymore
you’re immature
you can’t just talk
you can’t be normal
and I love you anyway
why do I love you
it’s only caused me pain
tears and sorrow
sure you make me happy
you make me laugh
you make me feel better
then anyone else
and I hate it
I hate that you
make me feel this way
I just want to be free
to leave this body
and float away
to a place
where nothing matters
I don’t want to think
not anymore
I just need someone
to save me
because I can’t save myself
I want you to save me
but then I don’t

I know the feeling, sometimes it would be nice if the feelings would just stop, and you were not in love. especially when it's unrequitted.
