Hidden Heroine.

Your amazing. Your stupendous. Your my all and my everything and you always have been. Always will be.
And You Will Always Come First. <3

You may not be the strongest
But you’ve been my rock every time
Each day I cried myself to sleep
Each minute I became wrapped within dying
You were always secretly there
Underneath my so delicate cut skin
If only you had a clue what you did
You did it from within
If you weren’t here
And you didn’t stand so strong
I would have ended this wrath
And well and truly gone along
I would have deprived myself
I would have been skin and bone
I would be cut, hurt, collapsed
And I would have felt fully alone
Through every tear and blood filled night
Through ever hurricane and storm
You were always my statue
Facing the winds and standing strong
Yet if only you knew
How much you’ve really done
How many times you somehow stopped me
From thrusting through my arm
I love you and I need you
My guardian angel in disguise
Everybody knows how much you mean to me
How you’ve saved me, there’s no need to hide.
You’ve always believed in me
And I’ve always believed in you
And it’s the only thing during last year
That honestly got me through
This poem is for you, my special sister
Hidden heroine
The day I awake without you
Is the day I will stop living.
