search myself inside out, search for clues for who I am
who I was is not what I am today. Certain things you cant
get back there are certain things you can't grasp. Notebooks
and notebooks full of pain, life, and lessons unlearned it's
all in the past dead and buried. My belly is growling for
a feast that I was not invited to. Im aching for a life I can
find meaning in. Im worlds away from what I really want.

this is such a great heartfelt poem
i hope someone just inspired you to write it...
but if this is how You feel,
always remember
when things are at its worst
things can only get better from then on.
Always smile,

The frustration in this poem really shines through. I approve.
The line:
My belly is growling for a feast that I was not invited to.
is near perfect an expression. One that will sadly go unsung, no doubt.
In the meantime, make a feast of everything else! *laughs* |
